Birch Box
PROBLEM
Birch Box approached CDW with a need to create a box packaging solution specifically for men. The box would need to be modeled after the women’s gift box, but include other special elements since it would only come out a few times per year and be a limited edition solution.
SOLUTION
CDW tackled Birch Box’s project head-on, providing an item that was sized differently than the normal monthly box and covered in navy paper with a silver foil stamp – a more masculine packaging approach that maintained critical brand distinctives.
OUTCOME
As a result of CDW’s work, Birch Box has gained the ability to deliver a male-specific gift packaging solution that is functional, aesthetically stimulating and brand-appropriate. Early feedback from consumers and the press have affirmed that the solution is a big win for the brand and its customers.
