It’s critical that the same brand consumers experience online and in store arrives on their door step. CDW Merchants has a specific process we use to capture the essence of your brand and translate it a specific packaging solution with the proper brand elements.

Sounds easy, but the challenge lies in translating your brand to something that will hold up in the mail. Packages are jostled as they move from your warehouse to the consumer’s home. We need to be aware that boxes can be dinged during transportation or become open if not properly secured.

There’s a big difference between in store gift packaging and e-Commerce gift packaging, yet the two need to be related. Our platform is designed to maintain brand integrity while applying the right materials such as a more robust paper stock or a ribbon designed to secure your package. When a consumer opens their package we want them to feel the same way as they would when receiving a package in store.
