With a background in manufacturing and plant operations, Larry knows how important planning and processes can be. He didn’t realize how fun it would be to convince a team of marketing and sales players that this was important!

Now, the team realizes that a small company operating like a big company is a fun company with lots of big customers and a “can do” spirit.

When not being the “voice of reason”, Larry keeps his eye on all internal processes, including financial management, operations, and the machinery and labor needed to support the growing kitting and assembly business.
